The 250ml size is already diluted and ready to use right out of the bottle. For larger sizes, dilute the shampoo with water before use.

To use, shake the bottle well before use and saturate your pet's coat with warm water. Apply the shampoo to the wet coat and work the shampoo into a foamy lather from head to tail, then rinse out thoroughly and towel dry. Repeat if necessary. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, and other sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water.
